In parallel with development of product portfolio, CENTRAVIS pays a lot of attention to customer support, continuously improving customer support system.

Through such support options as support by the dedicated managers (Key Account Management) and support of sales engineers, satisfaction level of the customers over the past few years has almost doubled.

Today CENTRAVIS focuses on reduction of the orders production and shipment time. Development of stock programs in EU and CIS allows the customers to save time on ordering standard products. While upgrade of production facilities and development of technologies the number of orders with additional requirements from the customers is highly extended.

In order to reduce lead times and optimize the supply chain, advanced software solutions based on Or Soft platform and ERP SAP system have been introduced in CENTRAVIS.
