Aurika Dmitrieva has two higher educations: in the field of psychology and in the field of HR management. Holds an international HR diploma at French University of Human and Social Sciences named after Pierre Mendes-France. Has in her possession the certificates issued by Hogan Assessment Technology and Hay Group Effective System of Human Capital Management.
Career
HR Director of LLC Rusagro Group of Companies, the largest Russian Agricultural Holding.
Prior to that, Aurika Dmitrieva occupied the position of HR Director in such large companies as Interpipe (Ukraine), Centravis (Ukraine), Bochkarev (Russia, currently is a member of Heineken Group), as well as in the Italian telecommunication company ITALTEL (Business in Russia).
