23. AUTHORITIES DECENTRALIZATION

CENTRAVIS activity is carried out in the best way when the powers and responsibilities are allocated, rather than centralized.

The powers decentralization implies the powers and responsibilities delegation for decision-making from the Company’s central office to the divisions those are closest to the service place.

Decentralization shall be encouraged at all levels in the Company. Decisions shall not be made by individual supervisors alone, but providing the involvement of all concerned parties.
