CENTRAVIS participated in the 19th International Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) 2016, the largest industry event in the Middle East, which took place on 7 - 11 November 2016 in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates.
Oil & gas field of Arabian Gulf basin historically is one of the richest in natural resources regions of the world and the role of the Middle East in the global economy is extremely high. About 2/3 of the world’s oil reserves is located in the Gulf countries, the UAE oil proven reserves are estimated at 100 billion barrels, which is about 1/10 of the world’s reserves. Currently, the world’s gas reserves are about 150 trillion cubic meters of gas, 6 trillion cubic meters are located in the United Arab Emirates.

This year the exhibition was at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre covering 130,000 m2, including a targeted show at the pier with moored offshore platforms and service vessels. Over 95,000 attendees and 8,500 conference delegates from 120 countries visited ADIPEC 2016.
