In case of Coronavirus disease and hospital stay, all insured employees will get extra support in the amount of UAH 7,000 provided by the insurance company. It will be provided in addition to the set insurance plan for our colleagues.
CENTRAVIS Youth Board and Labour Union Committee members have organized the targeted purchase and delivery of essential food packages for 68 retired workers of our Company.
We have purchased reusable and non-reusable protective masks in the quantity of 10 thousand and 6 thousand, respectively, as well as protective gloves in the quantity of 2.5 thousand.
We keep track on the condition of every colleague having ARVI symptoms (the disease course is daily monitored via phone).
We provide our employees with access to the relevant information on our steering team’s activities; we give informational support, we have developed our disease prevention notices and response plan, in case of employees having higher-temperatures are identified.
To minimize disease probability among risk groups of our employees (60 plus), we have taken a decision on retiring, as well as granting annual and payless leaves.
