Centravis launched an online educational platform for employees’ training
The key goal of launching the project is to develop a unified educational ecosystem, where continuous improvement of occupational skills and new knowledge are available.

This online platform is named Centravis Academy. It is based on the LMS platform developed by SmartExpert, the Ukrainian company.
It took about a year to customize the online platform. During this time, Centravis internal trainers developed original courses and training programs for the Company’s employees.
Among them are online courses on soft and hard skills. For example, how to hold meetings effectively, problem solving in A3 format, conflict management, occupational online courses on Non-Destructive Testing in Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturing, Geometry Control.
“The online educational platform helps to perform three tasks: knowledge systematisation and preservation, employees’ education and new team members’ orientation. If earlier it was necessary to go to the classrooms and spend time on training, today it is available from anywhere in the world at any convenient time,” comments Alexandra Lizogubova, Leading Personnel Provision Specialist, Centravis.
The Company is intent on developing a unified educational ecosystem, since it finds its competitive advantage of this.
Today, the online platform includes 17 training courses. In the near future, the number of courses and programs will increase.
