Welcome to the September edition of the Centravis Seamless Continuity bulletin. We’re excited to share the latest advancements and achievements that continue to position us at the forefront of the stainless steel tubing industry. Our dedication to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction remains stronger than ever.
Key Highlights
- Production & Development: We’ve made significant strides with advanced extrusion technology to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our seamless steel pipes. Our focus on high-demand market segments has led to the expansion of our nickel alloys range, now including N06625, N08800, N08810/N08811, N08825, and N08904. Plans are underway to develop N06690 in 2024 to support nuclear power plants.
- Expanding Product Range: We’re in the experimental phase of producing smaller hot-finished mother hollows (38-42 mm) and modernizing our equipment to broaden our offerings. Additionally, all regular orders for instrumentation tubes in TP304 and TP316 grades are now supplied as Balev 304L® and Balev 316L®, providing duplex-level performance at competitive pricing.
- Energy & Logistics: Despite recent challenges to Ukraine’s energy system, Centravis maintains uninterrupted operations with robust backup power systems. Our logistics remain efficient, with consistent transit times across Europe and customized solutions for sea deliveries.
- Industrial Diplomacy & Events: We recently hosted journalists from Japan and Polish government representatives, showcasing our production capabilities and the global impact of our products. We’re also gearing up for ADIPEC 2024, happening from November 4–7, where Dr. Andriy Balev will present Balev Steel at our stand.
