Hydraulic press valves, steam turbine blades, valve discs and seats, piston rings and other components subjected to shock loads and operating at temperatures up to +450-500°C; products exposed to impact of low-corrosive enviroments. |
08X13 | Components with increased ductility subjected to shock loads (hydraulic press valves, household items), as well as products exposed to impact of low-corrosive environments (atmospheric precipitations, aqueous salt solutions of organic acids at room temperature, etc.). Blades, shroud rings, pipes, as well as other products, which require oxidation resistance up to +800°C. Ferritic steel grade. |

12Х17 | Household items and kitchen utensils, plant equipment, components for food and light industry. Steel is not recommended for welded structures manufacture. |
08Х22Н6Т | Is recommended as a substitute for steel grades 12X18Н10Т and 08X18Н10Т used for manufacture of welded equipment for chemical, food and other industries, operating at temperatures not higher than 300°С. Has higher strength compared to steel grades 12X18H10T and 08X18H10T. Welded devices and vessels for chemical engineering, combustion chambers and other structural elements of gas turbines, vessel housing, heads, flanges, internal device components, tube plates and bundles operating at temperatures from -70°C to + 300°C, and having contact with corrosive environments. |
08Х21Н6М2Т | Is recommended as a substitute for steel grade 10X17H13M2T used for manufacture of components and welded structures operating in high-corrosive environments: acetic acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid environments. Has a higher strength compared to steel 10X17H13M2T. Fractionating columns, extraction, packing and purging tanks, storage basins, receptacles, reservoirs and other equipment, operating in oxidation-reducing environments, for example, in organic synthesis, sulfuric acid manufacture, pulp and paper industry. |
10Х14Г14Н4Т | Is recommended as a substitute for steel grade 12X18H10T used for manufacture of equipment operating in low-corrosive environments, as well as at temperatures of -196°C. Has a satisfactory intergranular corrosion resistance. |
10Х17Н13М2Т, 10Х17Н13М3Т | Is recommended for manufacture of welded structures operating in the conditions of boiling phosphoric, sulfuric, 10%-acetic acid and sulfurous environments. Devices and vessels operating in high-corrosive environments. Gas-blower blades stamped from sheet steel, rivets made using hot upsetting method, disc, tire and shaft forgings, as well as other compressor components and turbine parts. |
08Х17Н15М3Т | Is recommended for manufacture of welded structures operating in the conditions of boiling phosphoric, sulfuric, 10%-acetic acid and sulfurous environments. Almost does not contain any ferrite phase. Has higher pitting corrosion resistance than steel grade 10X17H13M2T in the chlorine ion-containing environments. |
03Х17Н14М2 | Is recommended for manufacture of welded structures operating in the conditions of boiling phosphoric, sulfuric, 10%-acetic acid and sulfurous environments. Has higher intergranular and knife-line corrosion resistance than steel grade 08X17H15M3T and 10X17H13M2T. |
03Х17Н14М3-ИД | Has higher intergranular and knife-line corrosion resistance than steel grade 08X17H15M3T and 10X17H13M2T. |
15Х18Н12С4ТЮ | Is recommended for welded products operating in air and corrosive environments, in particular, for concentrated nitric acid. |
08Х10Н20Т2 | Is recommended as non-magnetic steel for manufacture of large-sized components used for sea water service. |
03Х18Н11 | Is used for the same purposes as steel grade 08X18H10T, as well as for nitric acid and nitrate environments service at elevated temperatures. Has higher intergranular corrosion resistance and increased knife-line corrosion resistance compared to steel grade 12X18Н12Б. |
08Х18Н10Т | Is recommended for manufacture of welded products operating in higher corrosive environments than steel grades 12Х18Н10Т and 12Х18Н12Т. This steel has increased intergranular corrosion resistance in comparison with steel grades 12Х18Н10Т and 12Х18Н12Т. Parts and components for NPGF major equipment and pipelines with water coolant. Welded devices operating in nitric, phosphoric and acetic acid solutions, as well as alkaline and salt solutions, heat-exchangers, muffles, tubes, parts of furnace fittings, automotive products, commercial machinery, consumer goods. |
12Х18Н10Т | Parts and units of NPGF major equipment and pipelines with water coolant. Blades, tubes and other components of power engineering, operating at temperatures up to +600°С. Welded devices and vessels operating in diluted nitric, acetic and phosphoric acid solutions, as well as alkaline and salt solutions; adsorber bottoms, regenerators, heat-exchangers, etc. Housings and other pressure components operating at temperatures from -196°C to + 600°C, as well as in corrosive environments - up to +350°C. |
