An integrated quality management system is built in CENTRAVIS.

Having all the basic certifications, the Company is regularly audited for conformity to the specific industry requirements. The products of CENTRAVIS are certified according to the rules of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, Aviation Register of the IAC, Lloyd’s Register, PED 97/23/EC and AD MERKBLATT 2000.

Additional focus is to obtain end customer’s approvals. CENTRAVIS has a status of the approved supplier from all the world’s major players in the field of petrochemical, power generation, automobile and aerospace industries.

Quality Management System is continuously improved. In 2017, the Company has been successfully certified in accordance with a new standard in automotive industry IATF 16949:2016. 2018 is very challenging for CENTRAVIS. Current goal is to initiate preparations for ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS:18001 integration to improve QMS management efficiency.

To meet the most demanding customer requests, as well as to ensure optimal product quality, a multi-level quality control system for products and processes has been created and is functioning in CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE PJSC.

The Company understands and is willing to realize the requests of the most demanding customers in the field of quality assurance. The key to stable operation and obtaining of predictable result is an established control process organized involving internal, as well as external auditors and inspection companies.

In the field of quality control, CENTRAVIS PRODUCTION UKRAINE PJSC is guided by the latest requirements of international standards and fully conforms with them.

Evidence of appropriate quality control level is recognition of our products in the world markets, which is vividly expressed in the order portfolio.

Quality assurance process consists of the following elements:

Incoming inspection;
Operational control;
Quality assurance through process and product audit;
Acceptance control;
Third Party inspections.

The Company has in its possession experts and technologies that provide conducting of the following types of tests:

VI (visual inspection);
UT (ultrasonic testing);
Eddy current testing;
Roughness control;
Dimensional inspection;
Detailed chemical analysis of the heat;
Radioactive contamination control;
Laboratory testing.

Internal auditors, certified in accordance with ISO 9001 and more demanding IATF 16949 requirements, are involved as an integral part of the quality team.
Projects aimed at continuous quality improvement and its management are permanently functioning in the Company.
